Student Lettings and Property Management Consultant
An exciting role is available within our FHP Student Living Lettings team.
The role involves all aspects of lettings & property management, you will be responsible for your own portfolio.
FHP Student Living are a forward thinking and proactive company which strives to improve the student living experience for Landlords and Tenants. Covering traditional HMO housing through to PBSA developments, the successful applicant will possess a progressive attitude and genuine desire to push the industry forward.
You will work closely with a team of experienced negotiators and administrators ensuring successful letting of properties & overseeing property management, whilst maintaining excellent standard of service and compliance for our clients.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in lettings and management, preferably in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
· Working closely with the team to achieve successful letting of all instructions,
· Setting up new tenancies with knowledge and understanding of all legal requirements,
· Clear communication skills between landlords, tenants and guarantors,
· Ensuring the portfolio is well managed and compliant from a health and safety perspective,
· Organising and managing the repair and maintenance of managed properties,
· Processing property visits, check-out & inventory reports for properties as well as dealing with any deposit disputes,
· Conduct regular stock reviews of lettings properties to assist with property performance.
Key Attributes
* Experience in lettings & property management is essential,
* A strong knowledge of property safety compliance,
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships with clients,
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,
* Good general education, administration, presentation, numerical ability and PC skills,
* Ability and willingness to follow company procedures and processes,
* Full UK driving licence and use of a car, with the ability to drive for the role.
What we offer
· Salary range is £26,000 - £30,000 PA dependent upon experience
