* Hours: 06:00 – 13:30
* Days: Monday to Friday
Role Overview
We are seeking a supervisory team member to support and instruct staff within the local and wider support services team at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, Fife. The role requires flexibility, PC literacy and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and instruction to staff.
* Manage large teams effectively.
* Work as part of a coordinated team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Cover additional shifts, including weekends, on short notice.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience with large teams.
* Experience in the cleaning sector or related support services.
* PC literate and able to communicate with other services.
* Cleaning or supervisory qualification desirable.
