Job Overview We are now looking for a Network Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management to the franchise network in your territory As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for: * Supporting assigned franchises within your territory with sales coaching and sales prospecting throughout the whole sales process, including finding leads, first contact, follow up, getting a meeting, and closing deals * Establishing the business objectives of the Franchisees by reviewing targets and monitor the P&L of the Franchisees monthly, in order to increase profitability. * Collaborating with Marketing Department to launch new service/products, monitoring KPIs and revenues growth * Coaching and mentoring Franchisees to grow revenue streams, secure new contracts and increase sales. * Giving operational advice and practical assistance * Carrying out Business Quality Assessments and assist the franchisee to achieve compliance and advise where required Skills and Experience required: * Experience in a similar role with a clear track record of managing direct or indirect sales networks * Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to pos...
