You possess a solid understanding of trauma’s impact on parents and children, and are adept at performing comprehensive assessments and decision making. You have experience supervising and nurturing a positive and supportive team environment. What the Job Involves The role requires managing a caseload of 4/5 families, facilitating statutory visits, care planning, and court responsibilities. You will assess family situations to decide if children can remain or return home safely. As a supervisor, you will support a team of social work assistants and junior staff, ensuring professional development and quality management of their work. This includes conducting monthly supervision, chairing meetings, and providing oversight on care plans.
