As as Estimator you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the business, by providing accurate estimates of the scope and costs of works of our upcoming projects. Whart's in it for you? * Competitive basic salary of upto £65,000 (D.O.E) * Generous car allowance total * Yearly bonus potential * Private medical care What are we looking for? * Prior estimating experience on refurbishment/fit out projects * Excellent commercial knowldge * Strong communication and writing skills * Full UK's driving license Key Responsibilities: * Analyse architectural drawings, engineering documents, and scopes of work. * Identify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs. * Determine costs for materials, labor, equipment, overhead, and profit margins. * Send bid invitations to subs and suppliers. * Work with project managers, engineers, and architects to clarify design or scope questions. * Compile final bids for submission to clients or general contractors.
