Are you passionate about inspiring children to love languages?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Languages Teacher (French) to join our friendly and supportive team.
Main purpose of the role
•To deliver high-quality French lessons across Key Stage 2, inspiring a love of languages in all pupils.
•To contribute to the development of the languages curriculum and support the ethos and values of the school.
•To ensure the progress and achievement of all pupils in French, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
•To work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective French lessons to pupils in accordance with the National Curriculum.
•Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
•Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
•Promote high standards of behaviour and a love of language learning.
•Support extra-curricular language activities where appropriate.
•Uphold and promote the school’s Christian ethos and values.
