Account Manager – National Housebuilder Sector
Are you an experienced showroom manager or sales consultant from the bathroom, tile, or kitchen industry looking to take the next step into field sales and account management? The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with leading housebuilders, ensuring their expectations are met and projects are delivered smoothly. You’ll spend your time visiting site offices, supporting merchandising and show home standards, and presenting new products to enhance partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with national and regional housebuilders

Conduct site visits to ensure correct merchandising and product presentation
*
Support show home installations, ensuring our products look their best
*
Present new product ranges and provide training when needed
*
Work closely with internal support teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
*
Assist with pricing, product queries, and project management from start to finish
*
Spot opportunities to grow accounts and prospect for new regional business
What We’re Looking For

A strong background in sales, showroom, or account management within the bathroom, tile, or kitchen industry
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
Proactive, organised, and confident working independently in the field
*
Computer literate (MS Office essential; SAP experience desirable)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
