Your Challenge As Marketing Coordinator, you will: Thoughtfully and thoroughly elaborate a yearly plan for Events in the UK, along with the Country Manager, to raise brand awareness and market penetration. Ensure effective budget management by allocating resources strategically across Sponsored Events, Media Agreements, and Local/Regional Activations. Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive client acquisition and retention through tailored marketing strategies and activations. Work closely with Central PR, Communications, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing communications, with a specific focus on PR and Digital Distribution. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing communications and activations in the region. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the CM with office management tasks, internal team coordination, and event organisation. What You’ll Need to Succeed At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on event planning and activations. Previous experience in a B2B tech company or AdTech is a plus. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset, excelling in execution while delivering innovative activations that captivate customers. Willingness to travel and host in-person events as needed. Why Join Seedtag?
