In this role, you will be the key link between our operational teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do: * Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational standards. * Oversee and coordinate operational teams, supporting departments, supervisors, and field personnel. * Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. * Support a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and safety across all operations. * Be part of a flexible management rota supporting operations as required, including out-of-hours and site-based responsibilities. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in project or operations management, ideally in Energy, Oil & Gas, or industrial services. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Commercially aware and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative approach. * Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 is an advantage. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a bonus. * A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
