* Full 360 responsibility: from business development to candidate placement
* Develop and manage long-term client relationships
* Proactively source top talent using advanced tools and your own network
* Work closely with a supportive, experienced team in a high-trust culture
✅ You’ll need to bring:
* Proven 360 recruitment or search experience
* A strong track record in business development
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo etc.
