We have an exciting new vacancy for a Cellar Person to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates backs from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your duties will include:
Making sure the cellar is maintained and organised at all times.
Ensuring that adequate glassware, stock, and other items are ready for each shift.
Conducting stock takes in the cellar and placing orders in a timely manner.
Moving stock and carry out stock rotation to ensure the perishables are getting used in date order.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a bar or restaurant, with a strong background in managing cellar stock. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, punctual, and efficient with A keen eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
