Join our girls academy for the 24/25 season and beyond We are looking to build on our girls academy coaches pool to bring on dynamic coaches to plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matches on a weekly basis. You will complete session plans prior to every session in conjunction with the syllabus. You will also support with our girls academy players individual development plan process for each player in the primary age-group you're working with. Most of the sessions will be during the evenings and weekends, so you must have a flexible approach to your working hours. Your coaching background You will have experience of working with Academy players and a clear understanding of these specific 12-16 age groups. You will have the ability to identify the needs of individual groups and tailor your delivery as appropriate. You must be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable.
