ADS represents over 1400 organisations in the UK, managed by our dedicated membership team. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our team in Farnborough, ensuring we deliver excellent service.
Reporting to the ADS Membership Director, the Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive, confidential support for the smooth operation of the ADS Membership Team.
You will:
* Support the activities of the Membership Director and team.
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, track responses, and organize refreshments.
* Be the primary contact for member queries via email, phone, web, and social media.
* Support the Membership Administrator with committee coordination and application processes.
* Maintain and update the CRM with key member interactions and actions.
* Attend events as needed to support the team and members.
This full-time role is based in Farnborough, with occasional travel required.
What you need to be successful:
* Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
* Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and confidence.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Willingness to develop skills further.
This role is primarily Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend events.
