Primary Teaching Assistant – Benefits:

2. Full-time, long-term role within a single Primary School (no ad-hoc supply work)

Primary Teaching Assistant – The Role:
8. Coveted role as a Primary Teaching Assistant
9. Sociable hours of 0830 – 1530 Monday to Friday
10. Located in St Helens
11. Collaborating alongside experienced classroom teachers to provide a range of support to an equal range of learners
12. Trained to mark work and record progress
13. Opportunity of running Literacy and Numeracy intervention, in group settings or in a 1:1 capacity
14. Differentiating your support to suit individual needs and dispositions, academic and emotional both
15. To provide encouragement where necessary to children of a tender age
16. Interviewing immediately
Primary Teaching Assistant – Requirements:
17. Strong prior academic background (A Levels)
18. Experience working alongside primary-aged children
19. Competent in Numeracy and Literacy skills
20. Ability to communicate effectively with young people
21. Patient and nurturing disposition
