Store Manager

Responsibilities
Lead by example and champion a customer-first mindset. Manage the store and the team to run smoothly. Support the growth and development of team members. Contribute to delivering better hear and eye care to the community and support ongoing career progression for yourself and others.
Qualifications
We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. You\'ll need to have previous people optical management experience, be a great communicator, have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, a passionate people person, organised, and hard-working.
