Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities
* Manage audit and accounts jobs from planning to final review
* Lead and develop a team of audit and accounts professionals
* Oversee budgets, timelines and client communication
* Provide hands-on support with technical work as needed
* Maintain compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified or recently qualified
* Strong background in audit and accounts
* Leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach
