Job Purpose: As the Services Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom, you will accelerate the growth of TD SYNNEX-delivered services through our extensive partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for strategically driving the adoption, integration, and revenue growth of our complex services portfolio, spanning Support & Managed Services, Professional Services, and Supply Chain/Integration Solutions. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and strategic influence.
The IT services market is high-growth, driven by demand for business outcomes where products and services together solve IT challenges to deliver business results and value. To effectively capture this opportunity, TD SYNNEX must invest in highly specialized talent with deep expertise in technology and solution selling.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial negotiations and contracting with legal, finance, and delivery teams to define win-win service agreements that support long-term relationships and profitable growth.
* Prioritize outreach to high-potential resellers using analytics and input from account teams, based on readiness, market opportunity, and past performance.
* Gather and leverage intelligence on reseller organizations and key contacts to tailor outreach and messaging.
* Lead reseller engagement efforts, scheduling meetings and delivering compelling, needs-based service value propositions in partnership with other sales teams.
* Drive partner activation and acceleration with resellers to identify service opportunities, co-create go-to-market plans, and embed TD SYNNEX-delivered services into core offerings.
* Ensure consistent follow-through from signed agreements to actual service transactions by coordinating with internal account managers.
* Engage service specialists as needed for scoping, resource planning, and positioning advanced service offerings.
* Track and drive performance against key metrics (services sales funnel, meetings, contracts, revenue, and profit growth).
* Develop and execute a services growth strategy aligned to regional and vertical priorities, with goals for increasing service attach rates, recurring revenue, and partner engagement across portfolio areas.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* >10 to 15 years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
* Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling, with proven success in attach or upsell initiatives
* Analytical thinker with a track record of using data to identify partner opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies
* Strong influencing skills to align internal stakeholders and drive collaboration across sales, services, and operations teams
* Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with external partners
* High level of commercial acumen and a proactive, results-oriented sales approach
