You will be leading a small team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your role will combine team supervision, hands‑on testing, and continuous improvement to help drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily production and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
* Supervise and motivate a team of 3‑6 technicians.
* Carry out electrical and mechanical inspections and functional testing.
* Maintain production and quality documentation to ISO 9001 standards.
* Investigate non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise workflow.
* Promote continuous improvement and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Proven background in electrical manufacturing or control panel production.
* Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and wiring schematics.
* Confident leading a small team while remaining hands‑on.
* Experience in quality assurance, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
* Level 3 Engineering qualification (or higher).
* Experience supporting ISO 9001 audits.
* Familiarity with PLC control systems.
