Your new company A corporate company based in central Bracknell is seeking a capable candidate to work as an Office Co-Ordinator. Your new role Administrative Support Managing office supplies and inventory Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital) Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls) Scheduling meetings and appointments Preparing reports, presentations, and documents Staff Coordination Supporting onboarding of new employees Maintaining staff records and contact lists Coordinating internal communications and announcements Office Management Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues Managing meeting rooms and shared spaces Technology & Systems Assisting with IT support or coordinating with IT teams Managing office software and tools (e.g., calendars, booking systems) Event Planning Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions Coordinating logistics for company functions or team-building activities What you need to do now Please only apply if Bracknell in Berkshire is an area the you easily travel to.
