Flexible part‑time arrangement, with the responsibility to work F2F and via telephone clinics and to be part of the on‑call team on agreed sessions.

Main Duties of the Job
* Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team in a patient‑facing role to clinically assess, diagnose and treat patients using expert knowledge.
* Provide clinics both face‑to‑face and via telephone and be part of the on‑call team on agreed sessions.
* Process doctors’ admin workload such as tasks, letters, pathology results, etc.
* Work efficiently and calmly under pressure to ensure the patient receives the care they need.
* Work with wider colleagues across the practice and provide expert guidance where required.
* Undertake professional duties in line with the GP role.
About Us
Bowling Highfield Medical Practice is a friendly, successful and well‑organised practice serving the BD4 community in Bradford. The team is made up of 5 GP partners, 5 salaried GPs, ANP, pharmacists, nursing team, HCAs, phlebotomy team, clinical admin team and patient services. The practice also hosts community/PCN clinics for midwives, mental health practitioners, social prescribers and more, with close links to local voluntary sector organisations.

Personal Specification
* Qualified GP with full registration.
* Currently on performers list and never removed from a performers list.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Driven, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
* Understanding of clinical governance and quality issues as well as health and social policy.
* Competent user of GP Clinical Systems (ideally S1).
* Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
* Able to work across both sites and perform home visits.
