Demonstrating planning and resource management to ensure that Choices Homecare allocate resources to support the delivery of high-quality, people-focused services in your community. Key Responsibilities Of a Care Service Scheduler
* Create staffing schedules with a purpose to run our services efficiently and effectively.
* Manage a 365-year service schedule.
* React to circumstances that may affect a schedule and adjust accordingly.
* Collaborate with the wider team to fulfil the schedules commitment to service.
* Implement new starters into a work flow.
* Identify and highlight areas of improvement to workforce planning.
* Prepared for rotational on-call basis.
* Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00 - Sheffield Office location
What You'll Need
* Strong organisational and solution focused approach.
* Demonstrates strong leadership qualities.
* Strong teamwork ethos.
* Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling systems (or a willingness to learn).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Competent to be both proactive and reactive to a daily workflow.
* Experience in logistics, workforce planning, or scheduling is desirable.
