One Sixth Form is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the Principal at the heart of the College’s senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that ensures the effective coordination of executive activity, enabling the Principal to focus on strategic leadership while maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The postholder will manage complex diaries and communications, coordinate senior meetings and governance activity, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and excellent organisational skills.
Working closely with senior leaders across the College and the wider executive team, the role offers meaningful exposure to strategic decision‑making and governance processes. The successful candidate will support the organisation and delivery of Senior Leadership Team and governance meetings, oversee correspondence and administrative priorities, and help maintain high standards in executive operations and stakeholder engagement. This is a varied and trusted position suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in providing efficient, high‑quality support.
This post is designed with development in mind, offering the opportunity to grow into a future Executive Assistant role as the College’s executive support model evolves. In addition to supporting the Principal, the role will provide light‑touch administrative assistance to Assistant Principals, strengthening coordination across the Sixth Form College and enhancing responsiveness to operational and stakeholder needs. For the right candidate, this position offers the chance to make a tangible impact while developing professionally within a collaborative and purpose‑driven educational environment.
