We are looking for an individual focused on creating success within their team. Our client, an established British brand, is looking to recruit a passionate and motivational individual to join their team as the Store Manager.
The main responsibility for this role is driving sales while leading, developing, and motivating your team to provide the highest levels of guest experience, satisfaction, service, and a smooth running of the store.
Duties of the role:
1. Work alongside your team to encourage performance and exceed sales targets.
2. Demonstrate and share innovative selling techniques and approaches to boost sales impact on clients.
3. Manage relationships between stores, departments, and stakeholders.
4. High turnover of stock, high demand, be forward-thinking and an expert of the brand.
5. Compile reports based upon store performance to present to management.
6. Monitor the store inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness, ensuring that standards are maintained.
7. Ensure that excellent customer service is exercised at all times within your store.
8. Report and aim to resolve any issues that may arise, including any in relation to CRM systems within the store.
9. Ensure paperwork is completed for collections and deliveries.
10. General office duties including rota creation, banking, reconciliation, and compiling reports.
11. Implement promotions run by the company.
12. Hold daily briefings.
13. Provide training for all staff within your store, existing and new team members.
14. Conduct regular 1-1s to discuss targets and KPIs for staff members.
15. Ensure that all HR and Payroll administration is completed.
16. Provide a personalised, welcoming, and dedicated service to clients, establishing the idea of creating and establishing repeat business, the client-telling element, and driving the team to take ownership of their clients and sales.
17. Support the recruitment process when new staff are required.

1. Have experience within Retail leadership/management.
2. Be driven and passionate about the brand and willing to develop knowledge and support a team.
3. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and nurture the team to provide outstanding results.
4. Work well under pressure, being highly organised.
5. Understand the importance of visual merchandising, client-telling, and promoting customer loyalty in store.
6. Show ambition to meet targets and KPI’s both individually and store-based.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to problem solve efficiently.
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Bring a positive, ‘bubbly’ and ‘can-do’ attitude to work, creating a supportive and cohesive team.
10. Lead by example, believe and encourage your team.
Offering £35,000 per annum, this position is based in Bicester and is 40 hours per week. The company also offers a very generous discount, a 1% commission scheme, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
