Your Role
As our Health and Safety Manager, you will:
* Act as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the club.
* Oversee day-to-day health & safety compliance regulations.
* Lead and train a dedicated team in line with company expectations.
* Manage a team of self-employed contractors effectively.

About You
We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who:
* Holds an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognized H&S qualification.
* Possesses a relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma, etc.).
* Has a strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
* Is experienced in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
* Has a background in managing a team in a service-led facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
