We are seeking an innovative, child focused and strengths-based support practitioners to be part of our Targeted Early Help offer within our outstanding Childrens Services. As a Service, it is our aim to ensure that children and families, often with complex and varying needs, receive the right help at the right time as part of a multi-agency team of support. As a Child and Family Support Practitioner you will deliver strengths-based support and interventions. Your approach will be underpinned by relationship-based practice, modelling how best to work with families and, as lead practitioner, challenge and support partner agencies to work effectively with children and families.
