What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:
* Leading and managing projects or work-streams of small to medium size and complexity, including data analysis, report drafting, and client meetings.
* Monitoring and supporting team members' development, focusing on coaching and skills transfer.
* Supporting practice development initiatives to scale the business and fulfill our Mission Statement.
* Contributing to business development activities, including shaping proposals and supporting bids for future work.
What will you need to do it?
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
* Experience in a finance project environment, with knowledge of financial processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Experience leading elements of EPM projects.
* Understanding of finance functions, business partnering, and trends.
* Relevant experience in large corporates, financial services, infrastructure, government, or healthcare sectors.
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs on time.
* Data interpretation and insight generation skills.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning technology:
* Implementation/support experience in Workday Adaptive Planning.
* Knowledge of financials in EPM solutions like Workday, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, One Stream.
* Report development skills with tools like Business Objects, Crystal, Workday Report Writer.
* Experience designing and testing models/reports in Workday Adaptive.
* Knowledge of planning versions, model sheets, cube sheets, shared formulas.
* Ability to create Office Connect Reports and Dashboards.
* Participation in planning and architecture phases.
