We produce high-performance titanium and Scalmalloy components for elite cycling, motorsport, medical and aerospace customers using Laser Powder Bed Fusion and Electron Beam Melting. We are expanding our AM capability and are recruiting an Additive Manufacturing Engineer. This role is open to both early-career engineers and experienced AM specialists. The Role A practical, hands-on engineering role combining: manufacturing engineering quality control AM build preparation production support Experienced candidates will take on deeper AM process control, optimisation and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Production Plan and maintain production schedules Prepare builds for AM machines (Laser & EBM) Monitor production processes and adjust as required Ensure orders are delivered on time and to specification Quality & Standards Maintain and improve AS9100-aligned quality standards Implement and monitor QC programmes Analyse data and produce reports Equipment & Operations Maintain equipment and manage resources Support hands-on production tasks Ensure health & safety compliance For experienced AM candidates (£5060k): Lead operation of EOS/ARCAM systems Optimise build strategies and AM parameters Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions Oversee powder handling and material traceability Train junior engineers and technicians Drive continuous improvement and process innovation Essential Requirements Early-career engineers (£3545k): BEng in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or above) 12 years experience in manufacturing, quality or production Strong 3D CAD skills (Rhino, SolidWorks or similar) Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles AM experts (£5060k): 5 years in metal Additive Manufacturing Hands-on experience with EOS, ARCAM or similar Strong understanding of AM parameters, build strategies and defect mechanisms Experience in high-precision manufacturing Build preparation capability (Magics or equivalent) All candidates must have full right to work in the UK.
