Come and work as part of our family as a Sous Chef at the stunning Oriental Club; an exclusive Private Members Club in the heart of the West End, with over 200 years history.
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible in assisting the Executive Chef and other Sous Chef in achieving the required standards of food production and food safety at all times, whilst adding your creative flare to menu creation.
You will be running all sections within the kitchen, whilst managing, developing and motivating the team to ensure a smooth operation and consistent quality.
Working 48 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday, with Christmas and New Year off.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who has had previous experience in a similar role, as well as.
Excellent culinary skills and able to confidently run any section in the kitchen
Ability to lead and motivate a team of Commis chefs and CDPs
Be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to work on your own initiative
