This role exists to turn the client’s business into a category-leading real estate brand through high-quality, consistent social content that drives attention, credibility, and deal flow.

This is a hybrid role — combining on-site content capture with remote strategy and execution.

You are not required on-site every day. Your time is split between:

* On-site filming (capturing real moments)
* Remote work (strategy, editing, publishing, optimisation)


About the Company

The company is a UK-based real estate business operating across:

* Service accommodation
* BRRR projects
* Property education

The portfolio is real. The projects are active.

The brand, however, is under-leveraged — and this role exists to fix that fast.


The Role Overview

This is not a “social media assistant” role.

You will own the entire content engine end-to-end:

* Editing & post-production
* Performance analysis

You’ll work directly with the founder, capturing real, in-the-moment content across live property projects, then turning that into high-performing social media assets.

Your mission is simple and demanding:

👉 Scale the brand to 100,000+ followers and convert attention into inbound opportunities.


Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)

You are accountable for:

* Designing and executing a content strategy aligned with brand positioning
* Filming high-quality, on‑site content during key project moments (a few days per week)
* Editing and producing polished short‑form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Managing daily publishing with zero missed days
* Writing captions and structuring content for engagement and conversion
* Analysing performance and iterating content based on data
* Turning content into inbound leads, DMs, and opportunities

This is full ownership — not coordination.


What Success Looks Like

You’re winning when:

* Social accounts scale toward 100k+ followers
* Engagement (likes, comments, shares) increases month‑on‑month
* Reach consistently expands beyond current audience
* Inbound DMs, leads, and deal opportunities increase
* The brand visually reflects a multi‑eight‑figure real estate business


Required Experience

This role requires autonomy, judgment, and execution speed.

You should have:

* Proven experience in social media growth or content‑led marketing (any marketing graduates)
* Strong understanding of marketing psychology + platform algorithms
* Hands‑on experience filming, editing, and publishing content yourself
* A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual quality
* Confidence working directly with a founder and on‑site environments
* Ability to analyse performance data and adapt quickly

You’ll regularly work with:

* Instagram
* CapCut (Premiere Pro is a bonus)
* Notion
* Meta tools

Tool proficiency matters — but ownership matters more.

* Hybrid structure:
* Remote for strategy, editing, posting, and optimisation
* On‑site (a few days per week) for filming and content capture
* Must be within 1 hour of LE2 6AN (Leicester)
* Must have own car and ability to travel for filming
* Fast‑paced, execution‑driven
* Minimal meetings, minimal hand‑holding
* High trust, high accountability
* 9am–5pm GMT


Key advantage: You are not required on‑site every day — only when content needs to be captured.

* £2,000 – £3,000 per month (depending on experience and output)
* Build a high‑visibility personal portfolio tied to a serious real estate brand
* Long‑term growth as the brand scales
