Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced E-Commerce operation based in Slough. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy warehouse environment and is looking to progress within a growing business.
This role will see you leading day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of productivity, organisation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
2. Oversee all warehouse activities including inbound goods, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns
3. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
4. Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and operational efficiency
5. Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
6. Train and support new and existing team members on warehouse processes and safety procedures
7. Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
