This business provides safety solutions to a wide variety of clients ranging from residential, commercial (schools, offices) and rail contractors. Following sustained business growth and ongoing modernisation, the business is expanding and seeking applications from motivated individuals with a technical background in construction. Experience in fall protection, installation of safety solutions, barrier protection, or similar fields is beneficial but not essential, as full product training will be provided. This role is primarily office-based at the South West London office, with occasional site and customer visits as required. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple installation projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard.You will work closely with Safety Technicians, Sales, and the wider Operations team to deliver tailored solutions and support the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects across the UK from inception through to completionPrepare job packs, including drawings, risk assessments, load lists, and safe systems of workCoordinate installation teams, subcontractors, logistics, and project schedulesLiaise with customers to ensure professional, timely service deliveryUphold and support health & safety standards across all projectsReview and approve handovers, documentation, and technical designs About You Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projectsClient facing - able to do site meetings and understand client requirementsCommercial understanding to be able to work closely with Sales team on estimates / quotations Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationshipsCompetent in MS Office (AutoCAD experience desirable)Good understanding of health & safety within the construction environmentFull UK driving licence is essentialExperience working at height and an IOSH qualification are desirable
