Role: Commercial Property Solicitor – Junior Partner Location: Kettering Salary: Competitive Permanent, Full-Time We’re looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (Junior Partner level) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly respected regional law firm as a Junior Partner based in Kettering. This is a senior, hands-on role within a busy Legal 500-recognised team, offering the chance to lead, mentor, and develop others while maintaining your own diverse caseload. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the department’s growth and contribute directly to the strategic direction of the team and wider firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of commercial property work including: Leases, acquisitions, and disposals Development and investment transactions Agricultural land and estates Commercial refinancing and site development Supervise, mentor, and support junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practice. Play an active role in business development and client relationship management. Collaborate with senior partners on departmental strategy, marketing, and recruitment initiatives. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with 8 years’ experience in commercial property law. Currently operating at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level. Demonstrable experience managing complex commercial property matters. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative mindset. Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in building relationships and developing business. Strong team ethic and a positive, solutions-driven approach.
