Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Support children’s development in line with EYFS
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
Work collaboratively within the nursery team
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Strong knowledge of EYFS
Previous UK nursery experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, while leading pedagogical practice within the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0–5
Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
Model outstanding practice across the team
Support staff development and pedagogy
Monitor and assess children’s progress
Build strong relationships with parents and families
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met
Contribute to nursery development and improvement
Requirements
Degree in Early Years Teaching (QTS or EYTS)
Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
Experience teaching in Early Years settings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards
Lead and mentor nursery practitioners
Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Support staff training and development
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
Build strong relationships with parents and families
Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
Experience in a senior or leadership role
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
