As a Maths teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic development of our students. Using your expertise in the subject, you will create engaging lessons that promote a deep understanding and love for mathematics. Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
* Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments
* Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance
* Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on educational trends and best practices
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent recognition in the UK
* Strong subject knowledge and expertise in mathematics education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
* Well-organized with excellent time management skills
* Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment
* Knowledge of current curriculum standards and educational technology tools
