Your new role
As the Data Team Lead, you will take responsibility for guiding, developing and motivating a team of 7 analysts who support both adult and children's services. You will play a key leadership role in organising the team's workload, ensuring high-quality outputs and championing consistent standards across reporting, analysis and data management.
