Location: WorcesterReporting to the Bureau Manager, you will be supporting a dedicated team whose purpose is to deliver the core analytical functions within the Energy Services division, including bill validation, forensic analysis, monthly recharge and P&L analysis. Your role will also involve continually identifying and improving systems and processes to ensure a smooth and consistent service delivery. The position also requires you to liaise with our key Clients and suppliers and therefore strong and professional communication skills will be required. You will be responsible for your direct reporting staff, providing professional coaching, support and direction. Overall you will possess good time-management and organisational skills
