Overview
My client are seeking an experienced Night Machine Operator to potentially lead a small team for this thriving manufacturing company. You will receive £20.72 for working night shifts. You do need a proven track record in engineering or an engineering qualification to be considered for this role.
Details
You will initially work 4 weeks on days to receive training. The hours are 8am to 4pm. Once trained you will be working at night. The role is temporary but commitment is required. It is a full time role Monday to Thursday - 11pm to 7am (1 x 15 minute paid break and 1 x 30 minute unpaid) and Friday 10.30pm to 6.30am (1 x 15 min paid break and 1 x 30 minute unpaid).
Responsibilities
* Operate as a Night Machine Operator and potentially lead a small team.
* Participate in training during the initial four weeks on days.
* Work night shifts as scheduled and maintain shift discipline and safety compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in engineering or an engineering qualification.
* Presentable with good spoken and written English.
* Ability to manage a team with confidence.
* Available to start immediately subject to a successful interview.
* Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is beneficial; graduates or seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
