We are seeking an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented Administrator to take full responsibility for the planning, booking, and coordination of all dispatch activities in our clients busy organisation. This is a fast-paced, admin-intensive role requiring someone who thrives on structure, precision, and effective communication. The Administrator positon: Plan and manage all outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Book and coordinate collections with specific carriers Prepare and process shipping documentation Liaise with internal departments to ensure readiness of goods for dispatch Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activity and carrier schedules Monitor and track shipments, addressing any delays or issues promptly Handle queries from couriers and freight providers General administration day to day Skills & experience required: Proven experience in admin/operations role Ideally have worked within dispatch or goods in previously Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Strong multitasking ability and capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook) Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of the role Please apply for more information on this position
