Job Title: Country Store Operations and Parts Manager
Location: Insch, Scotland
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 per annum
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the crucial role of Country Store Operations and Parts Manager at our clients Insch location. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in both store operations and parts management.
Responsibilities:
1. Parts Management Expertise:
o Spearhead the efficient management of the parts division, overseeing stock levels, ordering, and pricing.
o Collaborate with suppliers to optimize procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective parts availability.
o Implement robust inventory control measures to minimize losses and enhance overall operational efficiency.
2. Operational Excellence:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the country store with a focus on excellence in customer service.
o Ensure the store maintains a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.
o Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
3. Team Leadership:
o Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment.

4. Customer Engagement:

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in retail store management, specifically with expertise in parts management and inventory control. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and managing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agricultural or country lifestyle products is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
