KeyResponsibilities
* Workfromprojectbriefstodevelopnewambientfoodconceptsorimproveexistingrecipesandprocesses.
* Translatecustomerinsightsandmarkettrendsintoproductsthatalignwithbrandvalues,budgets,andlaunchtimescales.
* Prepareandpresentsamplesforinternalandexternaltastepanels.
* Supportproductlaunchesfromconceptthroughtofactorytrialsandfullproduction.
* Maintainaccuratedocumentationandensurecompliancewithtechnicalandqualitystandardsthroughoutdevelopment.
* Assistinrationalisationprojectstostreamlinerawmaterials,improveefficiency,andreducecosts.
* Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandinternalstakeholderstoensuresmoothprojectdelivery.
