Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, delivering consistently exceptional dishes, and supporting smooth day-to-day culinary operations across our food & beverage outlets and events spaces. The Chef de Partie will report directly to the Head Chef with a dotted reporting line to the Executive Chef, playing an integral role in maintaining the standards and creative direction of the hotel's culinary offering.
