Assistant Service Coordinator Role
About You
* Based in the Falkirk Service. Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Available to work shifts that include alternate weekend working, evenings, and sleepovers; allocated office time in rota.
* Minimum of two years experience in a support and care setting; demonstrable knowledge and experience of supporting individuals.
* SVQ Level 2 in Care or related field (SSSC registration requirements). Progression to SVQ Level 3 within two years.
About the Role
* Work as part of the support team within the Falkirk Service; manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Chair meetings, liaise with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals ranging from children to adults with various needs.
* Assist the Service Coordinator in day-to-day operations; line manage a team of support workers.
