Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Mathematics Teacher at Darul Uloom Islamic High School in Birmingham. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailoring instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Additional responsibilities include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress through evaluations, collaborating with other teachers and staff, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
* Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching certification
* Effective communication and classroom management skills
* Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students
* Experience working in a school environment is an advantage
* Understanding and respect for Islamic values and principles is beneficial
