We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Greenkeeper to join our exciting venue!
At ARC, we embrace diversity, develop our people, care for our visitors, consider our impact, and are proud of our sport.
Who is Southwell Racecourse and Golf Course?
Southwell is one of only six all-weather racecourse tracks in the UK, offering a unique charm and character, making it a premier sporting venue in the East Midlands. It is the only UK racecourse with a fibresand surface, hosting both All-Weather and Turf races throughout the year, making it one of the country's busiest racecourses.
Established in 1993, Southwell Golf Club has developed into a challenging course for golfers of all abilities. The course features two contrasting nine-hole layouts. The Front 9, within Southwell Racecourse, is characterized by water hazards and features the signature 138-yard island green 7th hole, akin to Sawgrass. The Back 9 offers a different challenge with tree-lined fairways emphasizing accuracy, with opportunities for birdies but requiring precise shot placement due to narrow fairways and small greens.
Southwell Golf Club is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and welcoming environment for visiting golfers.
