We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our dedicated Renfrewshire Learning Disability Team. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with adults with learning disabilities to promote health, independence, and well-being, providing person-centred care in community settings.
This exciting post is an excellent opportunity for a band 5 nurse who is passionate about reducing health inequalities and supporting people with learning disabilities who have associated conditions to live fulfilling lives. The Post holder will maintain close working relationships within the MDT, Specialist Learning Disability Inpatient Services and all stakeholders with the ability to work in collaboration and/or signpost to other services as required.
Applicants should have professional NMC registration in Learning Disability Nursing. Experience in Learning Disability Services, knowledge of health inequalities and reasonable adjustments in health care is desirable.
