About the Job:
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Supply Teacher to join our team in Lymington. You will cover for teachers when they are absent, teaching a range of subjects and supporting students in a variety of classes. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for flexible work with the option to make a real difference in student's lives.
What You’ll Do:
* Teach classes across different year groups and subjects as needed.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged.
* Support students with their learning and ensure they are achieving their best.
* Help with classroom tasks and make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Communicate with staff to ensure continuity of learning.
What We Need From You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working in a classroom (preferred but not essential).
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different classes and subjects.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with students and staff.
