The Head of Digital, Data and Technology Portfolio Delivery is a senior leadership position overseeing complex tech projects across Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Waterfall frameworks. You will ensure digital solutions are strategically aligned, well-governed, and adopted across the organization, delivering a range of enhancements from small improvements to major programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage portfolio delivery of digital, data, and technology projects.
Ensure projects align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement governance, risk management, and data protection measures.
Oversee systems integration and ensure quality assurance through testing protocols.
Tailor project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to suit project needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee technical documentation and programming activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in portfolio delivery and IT project management.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, DevOps, and Agile practices.
Experience with governance, data protection, and systems integration.
Knowledge of AI, ML, RPA, UX, and end-user testing is desirable.
Ability to analyze complex problems, devise solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
