As a Derivative Operations Documentation Analyst, in Market Operations Team, you'll be responsible for managing daily tasks and remediation activities while leading process improvement.
Job responsibilities
1. Draft structured confirmations using trade risk management systems and terms sheets
2. Understand structured products and the respective legal documentation requirements, including, but not limited to, long-form confirmations, Transaction Supplements and Master Confirmation Agreements.
3. Drive efficiency in the current process and identify incorrect booking practices and educate Middle Office on the impact
4. Manage of workflow in a queue, ensuring that allocations are managed in a timely manner
5. Ensure drafting is checked for accuracy of financial details and ISDA language and are in accordance with JPMorgan and market standards.
6. Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal Lines of Business including Middle Office, Front Office, and internal counterparts
7. Ensure all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner as per Business Standards
8. Review of the process to identify possible improvements and that sufficient controls and procedures are in place and adhered to, in order to guard the Bank from risk or exposure.
9. Ensure the confirmation process follows the Bank’s compliance, audit and legal policies.
10. Work with traders and marketers, marketing support groups, middle office, Legal, client servicing team and other departments on a daily basis.
11. Produce and monitor of daily and weekly MIS.

19. Needs to be highly numerate with excellent keyboard skills and a high-level of computer literacy
20. Needs to be aware and have an understanding of the large financial risks that can be incurred through operational errors and control risks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
21. ISDA knowledge, Commodities and Derivatives product knowledge and experience is preferred
