The role
Hours: 35 per week, Monday–Friday, flexible between 8am–6pm
Location: Monday & Tuesday in the Accrington office; Wednesday–Friday working from home
Term: Temp until September with an ASAP start
Pay:£22 per hour PAYE Premium

As apliance Information Specialist, you’ll play a key part in ensuring domestic heatingpliance across a busy social housing portfolio.
You’ll manage, analyse, and maintain accuratepliance data, supporting operational teams to meet statutory obligations and deliver safe, high‑quality services to residents.You’ll work closely with contractors, internal teams, andpliance managers to track certification, monitor performance, and ensure all heating-relatedpliance activities arepleted on time.
What you'll need to succeed
Data management skills — experience maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and producing reports.Analytical ability — confidence interpreting data, identifying gaps, and escalating risks.Organisation and prioritisation —fortable managing deadlines in apliance‑driven environment.Experience in social housing, propertypliance, or domestic heatingpliance is essential.What you'll get in return
