Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site UASC / Leaving Care Social Worker role based in Liverpool. As an experienced children's Social Worker, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide support services to individuals in need. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Engaging with community resources and advocating for the well-being of service users are key parts of this role.
Qualifications / Experience
* Degree in Social Work, SWE registered,
* Strong experience in diverse case management, assessments, and care planning.
* Strong knowledge of local resources, policies, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to handle sensitive situations effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and engage with diverse communities.
* Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within local government or public services, is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
